Hidden Lake Retreat

Hidden Lake Retreat started out as a dream. Judith sought places in Oregon where she could be on long extended silent retreats that would support her in doing deep inner work. Lauri longed for a place in nature where she could weave the energies of the earth with her shamanic sound healing. Our combined vision emerged over time as we searched for a place that serves as a sacred container for all who came.

When we purchased the property, the land and original lodge was in need of loving attention. We renovated the home and continue to tend the land. The lodge still retains its original turn-of-the-century rustic charm. The land and lake now sing with a revived vibrancy and sweet peace.

Bodhi, our young black lab, joined us in 2006 and has been a warm and happy addition. Many guests have shared Bodhi played a key role in their stay here. He welcomes everyone with great joy, and he is also trained to leave you quietly alone while you are on retreat.

It is our heartfelt intent that you feel that you have returned home, that you are cherished and nurtured, and leave rested, nourished and rejuvenated.
