Spiritual-Intuitive Counselling is an uplifting, spirit-guided form of counselling that addresses your deepest concerns while utilizing your innate wisdom to find the answers you are seeking. Soul Constellations is a powerful, innovative approach that uncovers and frees unproductive patterns and relationships at the level of your soul. Somatic Experiencing is a quiet, gentle approach for relieving trauma from your body/psyche/soul. All illnesses-emotional or physical-- have a spiritual component to them; sometimes this is the root cause. Lauri's work addresses the doctoring of the soul and the spiritual components of our wellness. Voice, drum, rattle, bowls all combine with the power of Reiki and compassionate helping spirits, sacred songs and deeply-held intention to bring about enhanced wellness, changes in beliefs, and elevated soul vibrancy. Soul retrieval, extraction, power animal retrievals, vibrational balancing, and Reiki are the primary therapeutic treatments Lauri performs at Hidden Lake. She also makes house calls, and has office hours in Portland at TaborSpace (SE 55th and Belmont). For both practitioners, single or multiple sessions are available during your stay at Hidden Lake Retreat. All sessions are $80 an hour.
