Hidden Lake Retreat

A variety of healing services are available during your stay at Hidden Lake Retreat.

Innkeepers Judith Crop, MA, L.P.C. and Lauri Shainsky, Ph.D., offer highly effective in-house healing services as well as group facilitation. Other healing professionals such as masseuses, body and light-workers, medical intuitives, and Reiki Masters are also available upon your request.

Judith Crop, MA, Licensed Professional Counselor
Judith offers individual and couples spiritual counseling at Hidden Lake. Judith has been counseling individuals and couples since 1989. She works from the premise that you are already Whole, Free & Knowing. She supports you in connecting with the wisdom and love that you already Are. In making this connection, healing and fulfillment naturally unfolds.

Judith enjoys co-creating the most effective and nourishing structure for your work together. Sessions can range from 1-4 hours. Single or multiple sessions are available during your stay at Hidden Lake Retreat. She also works over the phone.

Rates: $80-$125 per hour.

Dr. Lauri Shainsky, Shamanic Sound Practitioner
Lauri provides therapeutic sessions and trainings that blend shamanism, Reiki and sound healing. These modalities work with spiritual energies and the energy systems of your body, mind and spirit. All illnesses-emotional or physical-- have a spiritual component to them; sometimes this is the root cause. Lauri's work addresses the doctoring of the soul. Voice, drum, rattle, bowls all combine with the power of Reiki and compassionate helping spirits, sacred songs and strong intention to bring about enhanced wellness, changes in beliefs, and elevated soul vibrancy. Soul retrieval, extraction, power animal retrievals, and Reiki are the primary therapeutic treatments Lauri performs at Hidden Lake. She also makes house calls.
